2016 ANA/BAA Marketing Law Conference
Litigation partner Norman C. Simon and associate Eileen M. Patt will speak at Brand Activation Association’s 2016 Marketing Law Conference, being held Nov. 9-11, 2016, at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Mr. Simon will take part in the panel discussion titled “Anatomy of a False Advertising Jury Trial- From Preliminary Injunction through Damages” and Ms. Patt will speak on a panel titled “Basics of Consumer Fraud Class Actions.”
