Ms. Caton was recognized for her role as a national leader in the restructuring and bankruptcy space, including her work in the restructuring of approximately $8 billion of debt of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and a seminal lawsuit that produced a ruling declaring Puerto Rico’s new insolvency law unconstitutional, as well as representing some of the largest bondholders in the city of Detroit's bankruptcy, the largest chapter 9 case in history, and representing bondholders in The Revel Atlantic City's Chapter 11 case.
