Amy Caton Named to IDD's "40 Under 40"

Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner Amy Caton was named to Investment Dealer's Digest's third annual "40 Under 40" list of up-and-coming lawyers, bankers and other professionals. Ms. Caton was noted for her work with the bondholder group and Bank of New York-Mellon in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, as well as her work with Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Franklin Mutual in the United Airlines bankruptcy. Also included was her representation as debtors' counsel in the Malden Mills Chapter 11 proceedings, and in Cross Media Marketing's Chapter 11 liquidation.
