Paris counsel Pierre Storrer's article "About the Status of Payment Account Data" appeared in the June 2017 issue of the French publication Revue Banque. The article examines the status of payment account data at the crossing of two recent regulations: the 2nd directive on payment services (DSP 2 – Dir. (UE) 2015/2366, 25 Nov. 2015) and the general data protection regulation (RGPD – Reg. (UE) 2016/679, 27 Apr. 2016).
