The article stated that “if not for Barry Berke of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, the government's victory might have been complete. Berke's client, Raymond Craig Brubaker, a former private banker in Deutsche Bank's Dallas office, was the only defendant to win acquittal on all charges” in the criminal tax shelter case against former Jenkens & Gilchrist partners and others.
