Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP today announced that Yannick Olivier has joined the Paris office as a partner. Mr. Olivier focuses his practice on M&A transactions and related litigation, primarily on LBO/private equity. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Mr. Olivier was with Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Mr. Olivier has represented clients in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, MBOs, recapitalizations and restructurings, as well as securities litigation and shareholder disputes. He has represented both bidders and sellers, as well as management teams.

Mr. Olivier holds a DESS-DJCE in business and tax law and a certificate in company law. Mr. Olivier has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000. His native language is French, and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
