EU Law Alert : Accords d'importance mineure: révision de la Communication de minimis/Agreements of Minor Importance: The revised European de Minimis Notice

Marco Plankensteiner co-authored an EU Law Alert dated September 2014 commenting on the revision by the European Commission of its de minimis notice on agreements of minor importance which are not caught under the prohibition provided by Article 101 TFEU, by limiting its scope, and the related publication of a working document on the concept of restriction by object.
