Litigation partner Jeffrey S. Trachtman authored a blog post titled “We Can Talk About Bruce's Politics Without Ruining the Moment,” which was published by the Huffington Post on April 26, 2015. The post addresses the controversy around Bruce Jenner’s disclosure that he is a conservative Republican in connection with the televised interview discussing his transgender status. Trachtman argues that while Jenner should be celebrated for his courage in coming out regardless of his politics, it is reasonable to engage on the subject (which he chose to introduce during the interview) in hope of encouraging his political as well as personal evolution.
