Kramer Levin represented Advanced Lighting Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of lighting materials and finished lighting products, in the exchange of $164.63 million aggregate principal amount of its 10.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 for $173.27 million aggregate principal amount of 12.50% Senior Secured PIK Notes due 2019 and shares of its Series C Preferred Stock.
