Kramer Levin Advises Nestor in Connection with First Fundraising Totaling € 900k

Kramer Levin advised Nestor (https://www.nestorparis.com), a food tech startup specializing in delivering lunch directly to office workers, in connection with their first fundraiser. Nestor raised €900k from Anaxago, The Family and a few other business angels.

Through this fundraiser, Nestor aims to become Europe’s leading online restaurant, covering cities throughout Europe. Nestor already offers services throughout Paris and has 500 deliverymen.

The Kramer Levin team was led by partner Hubert de Vauplane and counsel Marika Andréatos on the corporate aspects and partner Fabienne Arrighi on the employment aspects.
