Kramer Levin Advises Ten-X in Majority Recapitalization by Thomas H. Lee Partners
Kramer Levin advised Ten-X, a leading online real estate marketplace, in a recapitalization transaction with private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL). As part of the deal, affiliates of THL will acquire a controlling stake of Ten-X, with members of Ten-X’s senior management team and other existing investors, including Stone Point Capital and CapitalG (formerly Google Capital), continuing to hold minority stakes. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2017.
