Kramer Levin Attorneys Assist in Sale of Hills Stores
Kramer Levin attorneys advised Hills Stores Company in its sale to Ames Department Stores. The transaction, which was completed on December 31, 1998, was accomplished through tender offers for Hills' outstanding common and preferred stock and senior notes.
