Kramer Levin Attorneys Help Tyco International Close Two Deals
During January of 1999, Kramer Levin closed a $1.2 billion sale of public notes for Bermuda-based Tyco International. Then, the firm assisted Tyco in its $100 million purchase of Alarmguard Holdings, Inc., a provider of electronic security services.
The Kramer Levin attorneys who comprised the teams for these two Tyco transactions consisted of Abbe Dienstag, Ely Tendler, David Zlotchew, James Shapiro, Avram Cahn, Barry Herzog, Mark Chass, Joshua Berman, Jennifer Ross, and Jeffrey Hirth.
