Kramer Levin China-Based Client Lizhan Environmental Closes Initial Public Offering
Kramer Levin client Lizhan Environmental Corporation, a China-based supplier of synthetic leather and other fabrics manufactured from recycled leather waste whose shares are listed on the NASDAQ Global Market, closed its initial public offering on November 24, 2010, raising gross proceeds of $10.0 million. The Kramer Levin team consisted of Corporate partner Christopher S. Auguste and associates Bill Huo, Ari Edelman and Michael L. Kreiner, and Tax associate Melissa S. Blades.
