Kramer Levin Client AIG Agrees to White Mountain Solutions’ Acquisition of Two American General Subsidiaries
On June 26, 2012, White Mountains Solutions Holding Company announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement with Kramer Levin client American International Group, Inc. to acquire American General Indemnity Company and American General Property Insurance Company from subsidiaries of American General for approximately $35 million.
The Kramer Levin team that worked on the deal included Corporate partner Howard T. Spilko and associates Lilias E. Lee and Carly Vella.
