On June 24, Kramer Levin client Alloy, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by an investor group led by ZelnickMedia in a transaction valued at approximately $126.5 million. The deal aims to build Alloy into a leading entertainment and media brand for the millennial generation. Alloy is the creator of successful television shows such as Gossip Girl and The Vampire Diaries, and is one of the country's largest providers of media and marketing programs reaching targeted consumer segments. ZelnickMedia is a partnership of experienced media executives and investors, managing and owning interests in an array of media enterprises.
