Kramer Levin Client Altitude Capital Partners Sells Saxon Innovations' Patent Portfolio to Norman IP Holdings & RPX Corp.
On February 18, Kramer Levin client Altitude Capital Partners LLC announced that its portfolio company Saxon Innovations, LLC, an intellectual property licensing company, has sold its entire portfolio of one hundred eighty patents to Norman IP Holdings LLC and RPX Corporation. Prior to the sale, Saxon licensed its portfolio to many of the world's leading mobile handset manufacturers.
The Kramer Levin team that served as counsel on the transaction included Corporate partner Howard T. Spilko and Corporate associates Joshua E. Davis, and Joshua R. Little, and Tax partner Barry Herzog.
