Kramer Levin Client BlackRock Acquires Helix Financial Group
Kramer Levin client BlackRock, Inc. announced on January 15 that it has acquired substantially all the assets of Helix Financial Group LLC, which provides advisory, valuation and analytics solutions to commercial real estate lenders and investors. Helix will be fully integrated into BlackRock Solutions, a unit of BlackRock which offers a range of services to help institutions understand and manage their capital markets exposures and risks.
The Kramer Levin team consisted of Corporate partner Howard T. Spilko and associates Joshua E. Davis, Carly Vella and Connie Y. Chiang; Tax partner Barry Herzog; Intellectual Property special counsel Kevin M. Moss and Real Estate associate Russ Rabinovich.
