Kramer Levin Client Forest Laboratories Signs 151,000 s/f Deal

Kramer Levin represented pharmaceutical company Forest Laboratories in its deal to renew and expand its lease at 909 Third Avenue. Forest Labs signed a lease for 151,000 square feet, covering five floors in the building. The deal also expanded the company's lease at 909 Third Avenue for 15 years, beyond the September 2010 expiration of the existing lease.
