Kramer Levin Client HiTouch Business Services Completes Acquisition of MyOfficeProducts

On November 5, Kramer Levin client HiTouchBusiness Services LLC announced that it had completed its acquisition of MyOfficeProducts, Inc., the largest national independent office products company in the U.S. The deal is valued at approximately $30 million. HiTouch Business Services LLC is a full-service company with a nationwide network of local distribution centers, providing a wide range of office productivity services in a personalized and environmentally responsible way.
