Kramer Levin Client Ossen Innovation Closes IPO

Kramer Levin client Ossen Innovation Co., Ltd., a China-based manufacturer of prestressed steel materials used in the construction of bridges, highways and other infrastructure projects in China and internationally, whose shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market, closed its initial public offering on December 23, 2010, raising gross proceeds of $22.5 million, or $25.9 million if the over-allotment option is exercised. Ossen's management team, led by Chairman Liang Tang, rang the Nasdaq closing bell on December 21, 2010. The Kramer Levin team consisted of Corporate partner Christopher S. Auguste and associates Bill Huo, Ari Edelman and Michael L. Kreiner, and Tax special counsel Blake A. Rigel.
