Kramer Levin Client Stone Point Capital to Acquire Oasis Outsourcing

Kramer Levin represents client Stone Point Capital LLC in its acquisition of Oasis Outsourcing, the largest professional employer organization (PEO) in the United States, and a leading provider of comprehensive and cost effective human resources services to small and medium-sized businesses. The terms of the deal, which is expected to close by the end of this year, were not disclosed. The Kramer Levin team advising Stone Point Capital is led by Corporate partner Howard T.
