Kramer Levin Client Systemax Acquires WStore Europe

On September 17, Kramer Levin client Systemax Inc. closed its acquisition of all of the stock of WStore Europe SA, a major France based developer and distributor of computer software and distributor of computer peripheral supplies, electronic and IT products, in the business to business market.

The Kramer Levin team was composed of Corporate partner Eric M. Lerner and Corporate associates Adam H. Price and Stephanie N. Restifo of the New York office, and Corporate partner Alexander Marquardt, corporate associate Ramona Tudorancea, Antitrust partner Marco Plankensteiner, Employment Law counsel Fabienne Arrighi and Corporate counsel Dana Anagnostou of the Paris office.
