Kramer Levin Closes $324 million Life Science/Healthcare Securitization
Kramer Levin represented Oxford Finance LLC in connection with a $324 million securitization of senior secured loans made to life science companies and healthcare service companies. The Kramer Levin team consisted of partner Gilbert K.S. Liu, associate Elizabeth Collins, special counsel Jamie Kocis and law clerk Joel Pietrzak from the securitization group, partners Barry Herzog and Pamela M. Capps, and associate Deborah Taeid from the tax group, partner Christopher S. Auguste from the corporate group, and summer associate Jefferson Lai. The transaction closed June 14, 2016.
