Kramer Levin Closes Equipment Securitization
Kramer Levin represented BB&T Capital Markets in connection with a $111.1 million securitization of equipment contracts used to finance construction equipment, machine tools and heavy and medium duty transportation equipment. The Kramer Levin team consisted of partner Gilbert K.S. Liu, associates Elizabeth Collins and Gabrielle Marin Nagler from the securitization group, special counsel Helayne Oberman Stoopack from the tax group, and summer associate Ramsey Scofield. The transaction closed June 13, 2016.
