Kramer Levin Expands Litigation Group with the Hiring of Daniel Goldman

NEW YORK, February 2, 2015 – Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP announced today that Daniel B. Goldman has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department. Mr. Goldman has substantial experience litigating high-stakes disputes throughout the country and regularly handles multimillion-dollar securities, antitrust, merger and contract cases. He joins from Paul Hastings LLP, where he was a partner.

Mr. Goldman has tried to verdict numerous cases, both jury and non-jury, and arbitrations in jurisdictions such as California, Texas, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and New York. He also has significant experience in the area of judgment enforcement. He has a JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a BA from Williams College.
