Kramer Levin represented Africa Israel USA in its sale of an office condominium at the Times Square Building to the Blackstone Group. Blackstone paid $160 million for floors 5-16 and part of the fourth floor in the former New York Times Co. building, which is owned by a joint venture of AFI USA and Five Mile Capital Partners, who will continue to own the six-floor retail condo.
The Kramer Levin team that worked on the deal consisted Real Estate partner Jay A. Neveloff and counsel Stephen R. Senie.
