Kramer Levin Represents BMO Capital Markets in Lannett Company Incremental Financing
Kramer Levin represented BMO Capital Markets in connection with a $150 million incremental loan to Lannett Company Inc. BMO acted as sole lead arranger in the transaction. Lannett develops, manufactures and distributes generic prescription pharmaceutical products. Lannett will use the proceeds of the incremental loan to refinance outstanding indebtedness. The Kramer Levin team advising BMO was led by Banking and Finance partners Richard E. Farley and Kenneth Chin and associates Drew Allen and Avon Khowong.
