Kramer Levin Represents Chrysler Unsecured Creditors
Kramer Levin has been chosen to represent Chrysler's unsecured creditors committee (www.chryslercommittee.com). Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partners Kenneth H. Eckstein, Thomas Moers Mayer, Robert T. Schmidt and Adam C. Rogoff led the Kramer Levin team, with associates Gregory G. Plotko, Elan Daniels, Daniel M. Eggerman and Yekaterina Chernyak. On the banking and corporate side, the members of the team were Kenneth Chin, Kenneth P. Kopelman, Kristen V. Campana, Kevin Zadourian and Jason S. Amster.
On August 12th, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Chrysler LLC (n/k/a Old Carco LLC) announced the launch of its new bankruptcy information website: www.chryslercommittee.com.
