Kramer Levin Represents Cyberview Technology Inc. in Acquisition by International Game Technology

On July 8, 2008 Kramer Levin client Cyberview Technology Inc., was acquired by IGT, a wholly owned subsidiary of NYSE-listed International Game Technology and granted an exclusive license to certain of Cyberview's intellectual property. The purchase price is £38.8 million, plus a £4.6 million license fee. Cyberview Technology and IGT provide technology-related equipment to the gaming industry. The Kramer Levin team consisted of Richard H. Gilden, Adam H. Price, Blake Rigel, Avram J. Cahn and Aaron Heleva. Berwin Leighton Paisner was UK counsel to Cyberview.
