Kramer Levin Represents Deloitte in Headquarters Office Lease in Downtown LA Gas Co. Tower

Kramer Levin represented Deloitte LLP in its leasing of approximately 113,000 square feet of office space, with options for future expansion, at the iconic Gas Company Tower, located at 555 W. Fifth Street in Los Angeles.  Deloitte's premises at the Gas Company Tower will represent its Los Angeles headquarters location.  The Kramer Levin team that represented Deloitte consisted of real estate partner James P. Godman and special counsel Risa C. Letowsky.
