Kramer Levin represented Forest City Ratner in connection with Pacific Park Brooklyn, formerly known as Atlantic Yards. The $4.9 billion Pacific Park project, located near Barclays Center, encompasses 22 acres that is designated for both residential and commercial redevelopment. Later this month, sales will be open on 550 Vanderbilt, the first of 14 residential buildings to be built at Pacific Park Brooklyn. The Kramer Levin team consisted of Real Estate partner Jay A.
