On June 3, 2009, Kramer Levin was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of General Motors Corporation (now known as Motors Liquidation Company). The selection of Kramer Levin was spotlighted in The AmLaw Daily  on June 4, 2009 in an article entitled “Kramer Levin Can’t Get Enough Big Auto Bankruptcy Work.” Kenneth H.
