Kramer Levin represented Magnum Real Estate Group in its $274 million purchase of the top 21 stories of 140 West Street, the current headquarters of Verizon Communications, Inc., with plans to convert the floors to residential condominiums. Real Estate partners Jay A. Neveloff and Neil R. Tucker, and Land Use partner Michael T. Sillerman worked on the transaction. Crain’s New York Business reported on the deal.
