Kramer Levin Represents New Valley in Investment in Queens Plaza South
Kramer Levin represented New Valley in connection with its joint venture investment with Property Markets Group and Kamran Hakim in the development of Queens Plaza South, a 391-unit luxury rental tower in Long Island City. Construction is expected to be completed in 2016.
The Kramer Levin team was led by Real Estate partner Jay A. Neveloff and Corporate partner Ernest S. Wechsler, and included Tax partner Pamela M. Capps, Real Estate associate Daniel R. Berman and Corporate associate Adam Busch.
