Kramer Levin Represents Oasis Outsourcing in Merger with A1HR
Effective December 11, 2015, Oasis Outsourcing, a Florida-based professional employer organization (PEO), closed a merger of certain of its subsidiaries with A1HR, a Tampa-based PEO, and affiliated entities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kramer Levin represented Oasis in the merger and related matters.
