Kramer Levin represented Spraylat Corporation, a family-owned paint and coatings business specializing in high-quality industrial liquid and powder coatings applied to metal, glass and plastic substrates, in connection with the sale of the Spraylat business to PPG Industries, Inc. (NYSE:PPG), a leading global coatings and specialty products company. The transaction closed on December 17, 2012.
