Kramer Levin represented Trinity Place Holdings, Inc., a real estate holding, investment and asset management company whose business is primarily to own, invest in, manage, develop and redevelop real assets and/or real estate related securities, in connection with a rights offering of common stock to existing shareholders. MFP Partners, LP served as the Standby Purchaser. The Kramer Levin team included John Bessonette, Abbe Dienstag and Amanda Webber (Corporate); and Barry Herzog and Helayne Stoopack (Tax). The offering closed on December 8, 2015.
