Kramer Levin Represents The Witkoff Group, Morgan Stanley Real Estate in Sale of Retail Condo at 1107 Broadway

Kramer Levin is condominium counsel to The Witkoff Group and Morgan Stanley Real Estate in connection with their sale of the retail condo at 1107 Broadway to Savanna, a real estate investment firm, for $60 million. Kramer Levin is also representing the sellers in connection with the offering and sale of the residential apartments at the property which is known as 10 Madison Square West. Real Estate partner Jonathan H. Canter and associates Julia L. Wachter and Tracy Chen worked on the transaction. Crain’s New York reported on the deal.
