Kramer Levin Selected as Counsel to Unsecured Creditors Committee of Hostess Brands Inc.
On January 19, 2012, Kramer Levin was chosen as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors of Hostess Brands Inc. The seven member committee consists of four members representing union pension or benefit plans, two members representing the Teamsters and Stationary Engineers’ unions, and trade supplier Caravan Ingredients, Inc. The Kramer Levin team is led by Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partners Kenneth H. Eckstein and Thomas Moers Mayer.
