Kramer Levin received the Global M&A Network's Financial Services Deal of the Year award for its representation of Stone Point Capital in its acquisition of LTCG Holdings Corp., the parent of Long Term Care Group, Inc., presented at the M&A Atlas Awards on October 30, 2014. The acquisition was completed on June 6, 2014.
