Kramer Levin won the 2016 North America Deal of the Year for its representation of BlackRock in its acquisition of Future Advisor at Global M&A Network’s M&A Atlas Awards. Kramer Levin also won the 2016 U.S.A Private Equity Deal of the Year for its representation of Stone Point Capital in its acquisition of NFP Advisor Services (Kestra Financial).
