Kramer Levin's Land Use Practice Ranked in Top Tier by Legal 500 US 2012
Legal 500 US 2012 ranked Kramer Levin's Land Use practice in the top tier for real estate and construction: land use/zoning. Described as “’one of the top land use firms in the city,’” attorneys were noted as a “very well-versed and experienced team” in land use negotiation, condemnation and litigation. Noted representations included acting for Extell Development Company in obtaining development rights and zoning compliance for a 1,000 foot hotel and residence, and representing South Street Seaport in connection with a proposal to alter and reposition Pier 17.
