Kramer Levin's M&A Practice Ranked in Top Tier by Legal 500 U.S. 2010
Legal 500 U.S. 2010 ranked Kramer Levin's Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the top tier for mergers, acquisitions and buyouts: M&A: middle-market (sub-$500m). Service was noted as "outstanding," combining "excellent and practice legal advice with a keen sense of business considerations." The representation of Deloitte in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of BearingPoint's North American Public Services out of bankruptcy, worth approximately $350 million was a noted transaction. Partners Richard Gilden, Thomas E. Molner and Scott S. Rosenblum, Howard T. Spilko and Ernest S. Wechsler were all highly recommended.
