Partner Reid Feldman was interviewed by Antoine Troyon for the French economic publication L'Agefi. He comments on ESMA's warnings about the growing risk of regulatory arbitration proceedings in the crowd equity business. Indeed some platforms consider the current regulatory framework as too restrictive, whereas European regulatory harmonization will take time.
