La Française and Acofi Agree on a Strategic Partnership to Develop a Common Platform for the Financing of Real Economy

La Française and Acofi signed a long-term strategic agreement for a common investment in the ambitious creation of a major debt funds joint venture. This joint venture involving Acofi and La Française resulted in the acquisition by La Française of a 20% stake info Acofi’s capital.

This project enables Acofi to boost its development and strengthen its analysis and research capacities to build innovative management tools, including debt funds, now allowed by the alternative financing of real economy and the related evolving regulation.

La Française thus broadens its scope of innovative investment solutions for institutional investors, answering their needs for performance in an environment of low interest rates.
