Le juge et la crise financière, in Revue Banque

Hubert de Vauplane writes a piece in the October 2013 issue of the French publication Revue Banque and asks the following question: what was the role played by the judge in the recent financial crisis? Much awaited but non-existent in the restructuring of sovereign debt or the bail-in European project, they were largely implicated in European governance topics such as the modification of the EU Treaty or the European Stability Mechanism.
