Les fondements de la régulation entre libertariens et néo-keynésiens, in Revue Banque

Hubert de Vauplane writes a piece in the December 2013 issue of the French publication Revue Banque and deals with the following topic: Where does the finance regulation stand? This article does not study reforms but their very principles. Financial regulation has long been a liberal idea and is hence profoundly influenced by this economic model, backed by neo-liberal legal principles.
