Lisa Kobialka Wins Managing IP’s Award for California Litigator of the Year 2016
Intellectual Property partner Lisa Kobialka won Managing IP’s award for California Litigator of the Year for 2016 at the Managing IP North America Awards. The award recognizes Ms. Kobialka’s exceptional case work in 2015, which included her roles in a major patent infringement victory on behalf of client Finjan - also one of Daily Journal’s Top Verdict’s of 2015 – and an infringement win on behalf of Prism Technologies against wireless carriers, which yielded $30 million jury verdict. Ms. Kobialka is also one of Managing IP’s 2015 IP Stars.
