Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner Philip Bentley will be speaking at HB Litigation Conferences's "Madoff Litigation Conference" being held February 25, 2009 in New York. The conference will feature six sessions covering all points of the investigation and litigation of Bernard Madoff and the alleged ponzi scheme he ran. Bentley will speaking at a session entitled "Clawback Litigation," which will examine the lessons from the Bayou group of hedge funds bankruptcy, and how investors in Benard Madoff Securities will likely be impacted by that case.
